Being a year-round destination, one could visit Murud anytime in a year. However, the best to visit Murud lies between the summer and winter months of September to June. The average annual temperature range between 25 degrees Celcius to 33 degrees Celcius.

General PoliciesOutside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups; stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Confirmation PolicyThe booking confirmation voucher shall be provided within 24 hours of booking based on availability at service provider's end.
In event of unavailability, an alternate option shall be proposed for traveler's consideration, or alternatively, the traveler may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
Refund PolicyThe applicable refund amount will be processed within 5-7 business days.
All applicable refunds will be added to original payment mode.
Cancellation PolicyIf cancellation is made 7 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Booking PolicyFree booking rescheduling if requested prior 7 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.
If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.
If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 7 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling/relocation charge.
No booking relocation/change of home will be entertained whatsoever.
The rescheduling is subject to availability and the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the travelers.
Any booking cancellations in event unforeseen travel restrictions, the travelers may opt for alternate dates or refund.
