A 4 bedroom villa with all modern amenities on a sprawling acre of gardens.
The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with large ensuite bathrooms, a large living area, a verandah, a patio, a fully-equipped modern kitchen and pantry. Nagaon beach is a 2 minute drive from the Villa.
Banyan House was originally designed by Charles Correa the famous Indian architect. The villa has been recently restored to be a luxurious, modern holiday villa.
You have the entire villa and the acre around it to live in as your own. Plenty of parking. Access to Nagaon beach is a 2 minute drive away.
Banyan House is on a large property consisting of an acre of lush gardens and plantation. Guests will have the entire place to themselves to experience the villa and wadi life in privacy.
For entertainment at the villa there are boards games, carrom and an outdoor space for badminton. Our cook can set up a barbeque outdoors on request. You can request to have a bonfire set up to enjoy on cool nights.
The villa comes with a staff of three. The head of staff, a housekeeper and a gardener/house help.
If you would like food cooked for you at the villa, the head of staff is a great cook of local coastal cuisine and can cook for you at an additional cooking charge paid directly to me. You would need to pay for or buy all produce and provisions.
The cook can prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. For vegetarian fare she prepares local produce like vaal and chawli well and I recommend her imli aamti. For non-vegetarians she can prepare mutton, chicken and sea-food in Maharashtian coastal style really well.
Alternatively, food delivery can be arranged at the villa from local suppliers that we have cherry-picked for you. You can choose from a home-cooked tiffin to takeaway from a restaurant close by.
We can recommend a few places to dine out that are in Alibaug or further away.

Additional rulesPlease take care of the house while in it. Wash your feet when you return from the beach. No dirty feet on the sofas and beds. Be careful not to damage anything. Damages will be deducted from your security deposit
